MG CAL50 manual value help

I have this since quite a while, and wanna part with it - so please, could anybody help with its value? Looks like the first 2 pages are missing.

Is it a british (war departement "WD") manual?

If original, it is a US manual. F.M. stands for "Field Manual".
As for value I don't know, but I don't think they are exceeedingly rare.

Yes they are actually quite common. I sell mint condition ones for 20-30 bucks just depends how much I had to give for it.
