Possible - you do find WaA stamps on other country's equipment.

I have come across Czech bayonets which have been used or manufactured by the Germans as well as Polish and Belgian pistols - all have WaA stamps.

Yes Richie, but this stamp (Wa A 721) is it possible on the masque gaz cartouche ?

            Bonsoir

My theory would be that the gasmask was captured and then inspected by whoever used WaA721 before being issued.

Incidentally all three companies linked to WaA721 made leather goods - holsters, frogs, so if the gasmask has any leather parts it is possible that it was refurbished or checked at one of these factories.

Sorry nothing definite - educated guesswork.
