Model 1891 (Finned) Mosin Nagant.
The Barrel has a beautiful Sestroryetsk roll mark.
The Receiver is marked with the Chatellerault stamp.
Other manufacturer marks include (Tula and Izhevsk)
The rifle carries the Finnish stamp [SA] and also shows many signs of Finnish alterations, improvements. (Shimmed stock, struck through ranges on rear sight, stock finger splice forward of receiver)
I was also fortunate enough to find an arsenal matching (Sestroryetsk Arrow) M91 lock ring bayonet.
I often wonder where this rifle has traveled and what it may have seen. The stock is in decent shape. After head space and bore inspections it fires true.
