Dress frog

Just wanted to run this frog past the members.
It is RBN marked on the reverse, faintly.
I have no idea whether we have to concern ourselves with repros but I don't know.
Take a look if you would. The only thing that concerns me here is that it appears to have been unissued and never had a scabbard lug pass the eye.

1943 or later from the images it looks OK to me. Many of the reproductions don't have the same smell (as period frogs and holsters) which can sometimes help in making a determination. FP

From the hole of front pouch this is a never isued piece,no scabbard added there, when all is ok . b.r.Andy
