Original? Yes. For sure. And it is not such an ordinairy dagger.
It's a Röhm dagger with only the name of Ernst Röhm removed.
Very interesting and untouched piece that remembers to the very violent period of the night of the long knives. After the Röhm purge, Himmler ordered to remove all Röhminscriptions on SA and SS daggers. Normally the goal was to remove the whole text but some only removed the name of the 'traitor'.

I would say Berlin,as almost.

I can make out a die-stamped "I" on the reverse lower crossguard, and "I" represented the SS-Munich Distribution Center; "III" represented SS-Berlin.

Restored SS button and filled with woodfiller.
