The 1st dagger is a Gov't Official, marked with a late Alcoso logo. The dagger's parts display a variety of finishes (including the crossguard) so it's probably a Frankenstein dagger. Also, the scabbard bands are not Alcoso.

The 2nd dagger is a Diplomat, also marked by Alcoso. The scabbard is correct for Alcoso but I have other concerns about this dagger, including that the obvious scabbard pitting has been poorly covered by what looks like silver paint.

Both daggers have bent hilts & concerns, I wouldn't bother with either of them.
