Yes, looks like reworked Belgian M1916/24.

M16/24 designation is wrong, 24 was never used on belgian bayonets of similar construction, it should be M1916 bayonet MRD 17,5mm or M16-35 with 15,5mm MRD but unfortunally as the barell ring is not present is not possible to say, probably removed by germans in WW2?.b.r.Andy
