SS Dagger need opinions

A friend of mine ask for opinions on this dagger.
I know nothing about SS Daggers, I am a Luftwaffe and Kriegsmarine guy.

My opinion on this one is that I am not sure.

So please let me hear some opinions from the experts so that I can tell my friend about it.

Well, first of all you gonna have to post much more detailled pictures of all parts of the dagger. This is a rare maker for SS daggers.
The small part or the scabbard that's visible is repainted for sure.
So, please, post more detailled pics. Thx.

When your friend wants to know what's wrong (they all want to know the details, hopefully searching for some original parts), tell him 'everything'.
Yes, that includes the leather hanger and metal clip too.
