    SS Böker

    Hey guys,

i will show you a ss dagger from my collection.

Its a eary produced dagger with a very nice blade.
The scabbard have little points of rust.

Its a non opened dagger with a nice harmony.

The egale and the runes are original in.
The grip is very good, only a little little gap in the left side of runes.

    I hope you enjoy

    Regards,
    Basti

                SS Dagger

Very nice Basti! To catch you up on American "lingo", you have what we call in North America "The Cadillac" of SS daggers. Love those Bokers!! Congrats! Best wishes,

                Mat J

I would say that this is a nice original Boker... except that one closeup of the motto tells me that the burnishing may have been post war enhanced with paint or some other substance. Original burnishing is FLAT and is not shiny and does NOT reflect light the way this one does. JMO...

                        Good morning

I understand what you mean, but let me tell you...
Only at this macro fotos of the blade it was oil...i have forgot to clean it before i take the macro foto ^^

All the other fotos are a "non oiled" one

So there isnt a post war painting or someone else, its only the brilliance and tramwork from Ballistol Oil and a very hard sunshine.

You must see this peace in hands mate

@tobau, schreib mir das Pimpling etc bitte per Pn, da steig ich aufgrund fehlender Englischkenntnisse nicht durch

                        Regards,
                        Basti

Yes, i think at the macro foto we can see the typical Böker "Pimpling/vesicles"
The dark black motto is a typical property of Böker daggers.

Thanks for your amazing words to this black beauty Böker

                              Regards,
