Mini HJ Dagger, Maybe???????

From a time when i collected nothing but HJ items, this one has just appeared from one of my boxes and before i pass it on i thought members here would like to comment on it. No makers marks and diamond missing, postwar kids knife or one of those mystery DJ advertised daggers?? All comments are welcome.

92 looks and no comments Conclusion? Postwar production with perhaps a scout badge in the handle, badge removed to try and make this item into a TR blade, or Wartime produced with the HJ insignia removed postwar to de-nazify the blade Ill do some more searches here today

From a quick search it would appear all these small examples have no grip diamond, so now im a bit more confused, anyone got a pic of one of these with postwar original badge insert?

You may have seen it already, there's a thread about em on hjforum they all seen to agree that its a toy knife that could've came in a toy uniform kit...my question is tho..this is a real knife, even In those days would they have given a child THAT small a knife??

Hi, this is a scout knife made after the war of soling.
 I had one when I was a scout in 1969. searched a bit on the net and can see that they still make them.
