Has anyone seen this type of eagle or the motiff? Luftschutz?Fantasy?

The sword is a bit longer and does correctly fit in scabbard

Standard Heer saber, with etched blade.
Etching looks like Richard Herder style.

Agree with Schlange, a HERDER etch, but have on occasion seen this etched on unattribted blades. Nice score

so the eagle etch is army? It just looked a bit different like another organization

These type of blade is sabre, not degan.
Each Solingen blade manufacturer had different standards for blade and TR eagle.

Blade length depends on the height of owner. Etched army swords are scarce, but by know means rare.

                        Dion,

the length of the blade is dependent on the height of the wearer. So the blades can very several inches, I think the longest one can buy now a days through Marlow White is around 31 or 32 inches or it can be shorter. Matt

Have a look at Angolia's 'Swords of Germany' book, p. 43 and you will see a photo of your blade. Very nice!
