Opinions needed on SA Dagger

I would be grateful for opinions on this SA Dagger, which is by a maker who is unknown to me. I think that the scabbard looks rather "new" when compared to the blade, and the eagle is a very poor fit in the handle. I wonder if it is a parts piece containing some reproduction bits. I attach some pics.

The scabbard seems really "new" looking. I wonder if they are making reproductions of these?

The blade looks to have been rubbed with an abrasive of some type, and the wooden handle doesn't fit to well with the cross guards (shrunk maybe or parts dagger?)

It certainly does not look to be the original knife and scabbard. Schlange, there I are no RZM markings on it.
