From a one single photo, it is difficult to conclude anything.
For now, these dagger look like a generic type, with some restoration?

Yes Chris, pretty hard to say from the one pic. but...
The scabbard looks to be original, the bands have been applied upside down which is not a worry we do see this from time to time. The tip looks to be the undersize brass tip seen on occasion. I have encountered this feature on Klaas daggers on at least three occasions. The eagle may be the hand enhanced JLL variation.
Again sir I would not buy this without further info.
