Fresh Forestry Cutlass

This nice fat squirrel walked into the show yesterday and followed me home. I believe it's an Eickhorn No. 1212?

There were plenty of German, Japanese, and American items that came in but I really like this forestry cutlass the best. The quality is really stunning.

That unit looks like a dandy, the frog & belt loop are just an added bonus! I presume it has the '35-'41 maker mark?

I was really pleased to see the loop and frog. Yes it has the stamped 35 to 41 logo.

Nice original cutlass, the frog is fairly common but the belt loop is definately not seen on original pieces like this very often at all, that's a rare accoutrement all on it's own.
