Not an NPEA frog per se, but I have seen these czech frogs attached to NPEA daggers. The attached pic from Andrew Mollo's "Daggers of the German Reich 1933-1945" shows a similar frog in wear with the NPEA student dagger, interestingly at an HJ parade in Prague.
As to value, will not command the price of a regular NPEA pattern frog much desired by collector's.

I agree with Barry 100%, it's a Czech frog. This type has been seen on NPEA student daggers often enough & one can find them on Eban often enough but their value doesn't approach what an NPEA patterm frog will bring.
