    Rare Puma SS dagger!

Here is a rare SS Puma dagger!

As most of you know this is a rare bird!

All I know of is 1 sweet chained Puma!

The thoughts of the advanced dagger collector that owned the Puma chain,
thought maybe they had a production run
    of 50.

Condition leaves much to be desired but it being so rare a future owner may leave as
    it is or restore it!

Thought I would share the pics of it as
    I consider its future!

Very nice! As with anything I collect I prefer to preserve rather than restore. It has always been my opinion that every little nick/scratch/tear etc. is part of the history of the piece (not just from the war, but from the lives of the people who have owned it past the 40's to the present) and part of what makes it so interesting to own.

Rarer than hen's teeth indeed, nice piece Paul. I've only seen that one Puma M36 previously. Condition aside, this isn't a dagger you pass on. Any tang or crossguard markings?

                          Very Nice Paul,,
Whittman rates that maker as "Ultra Rare" as in only one known.

For all that have the SS book from Tom Whittman, You can see the m36 that once belonged to our very own Denny R.

                            Awsome Paul.

This is the first Puma SS dagger I have seen, so I kinda feel privileged.

Thanks for the chance to at least see one.
