Bernie is spot on, sorry to say! The only reason the SS could produce the Dienstalterslisten is because of the relatively few members they had, and even so they only released such lists covering the officers. And when SS membership became so highly inflated during the war years, when the Waffen-SS was included, they could only produce DALs covering specific groups of ranks -- by then the numbers of total officers were so high that no one publication could encompass them all. The SA and the NSKK were a totally different magnitude in terms of members and, to my knowledge, no published list of their membership -- even in certain isolated ranks -- was ever created.
