WaAmpted Krag Bayonet

I picked this up last week and I thought some might find it interesting, if I understand it correctly these bayonets where made by the Germans during the occupation of Norway and they were designed to fit on the Krag rifle issued to the troops of Norway.

It has a WaAmpt and also the Kongsberg marking, I have no idea what is might be worth and this is the first one I have ever seen.

Hi Robert

Unfortunately someone have made a hunting or fishing knife out of your otherwise very nice Krag! All what you saying regarding the history on this Krag is correct. The prices I have paid goes from about 100 to 150 $ for almost the same condition except for the rework!! So to speak.
