Items to ID and find out about

I was going through some of my old things (still trying to get my junk sorted out) tonight. I found some things I had forgotten, and don't really remember about them since my stroke.......some German, some U.S.. I would like to know about them, i.e. what exactly are they and what a fair value would be for them, because I know I don't want to keep them all.

Is this dagger belt desireable and what would be a fair price to ask for it. Due to my stroke it is one of the things I have lost my memory of except I think I got it in Germany when I was stationed there.
