Bad Luftwaffe 2nd Model confirmation requested

okay I bought this off estand. I think its no good. The blade edge width, the point, the tang, the scabbard all bad. I didnt notice in the sale thread but now its obvious. Do you agree. I dont want to send something back thats good. The blade wont fit into an army scabbard wont even come close.

I donot like dagger blade, (sharpened and polished??)
A one scabbard ring, is replaced.
Can you put more detailed picture crossguard and pommel?

Hello all,

I was the seller of this one and would like to get this straightened out and have a satisfied buyer. The dagger came from a good source (or perhaps what I thought to be) and the hangers and knot that were on it were 100% textbook (though it is possible they could have been added to the dagger post-war)

The dagger looked to be correct in my eyes so I would like to know if anyone else has seen a period dagger constructed in such manner. Is it possible that we're dealing with a parts dagger as the fittings and handle sure looked correct to me?

Regardless of the forum decision I would like to publicly state that I will make good on this and look forward to hearing the outcome. Like I said, it looked good to me and if I did let one slip by me it wasn't anything intentional.

I would truly appreciate some expert opinions on this so we can be certain.

The ferrule is on upside down
the scabbard ring is replaced,,the scabbard is questionable
the blade is horrible,,this is a Frankenstein parts dagger at best
need some better close ups of the scabbard,,,the blade has been reworked to the point its almost unrecognizable. I hope the seller didnt pay more than 200.00 or so,,IMHO

Im trying to decide what to do with this. I didnt get any hangars and knot just the dagger. I dont like sending something back but if its no good what can I do with it? Also I dont want the seller to think Im just a complainer without reason.
