Social Welfare Dagger Hanger part ?

Where can I find bottom hanger clip for a Social Welfare officers dagger hanger, it looks the same as stander Army heer dagger hanger clip.
Where can I find one?? I tried Johnson and they sell them for $6 or $9 but dont have any.
I need help finding one. You guys really know where to look thats why I am asking you all for help.

I need some help here guys, I will buy a rat hanger in peaces.
I am not finding the hanger clip and it is nuts because I have had tons of them over the years!
I am willing to pay.
Look in you old parts bag and see what you come up with.
