    SS chained scabbard for review

daggers are not my main interest and experience. but, I need some of them to display my uniforms.
I own an eickhorn EM dagger and I've been long time looking for a chained scabbard for my officers uniforms. finally got single one.

fake IMO. Too many proof marks, not highly detailed skull, funny clip. I would run away.... (all depends on the price level)

It certainly has a lot of problems right or wrong Pot marks on skulls, odd shaped links, dual proofmark, weird cloverleaf clip, skull detail, thats without holding it in hand.Looks like something put together after the war to sell to soldiers and put bread on the table.

                          repro chain
however, if the price is right, & its just for diplay purposes, then whos gonna know, but i wouldn't spend more than 30 or 40 bucks
