I have a killer SMF Luftwaffe sword with nickel fittings, and even though it still retains the leather washer it is pretty beat up. Does anyone know where I could find an original blue leather sword washer? I got one from Johnson Reference Books as I saw they had them for $6, which should have told me everything. When I got it, I found it to be a reproduction misshapen piece of thin leather with a misshapen slot to fit over the blade. Any help or leads would be great.
