Luftwaffe dress dagger

Hi all

Could someone please tell me the value of a mint secound model Luftwaffe standard dress dagger maker marked Solingen. This is one of the best I have seen, it comes with hangers that are in fine order with about 95% finish left. The dagger itself is a very fine example as stated above near mint, the maker mark is a Solingin tiger on the upper section of the dagger the markings are veru clear, the dagger itself has hardly any ageing but is tinged slightly on one side as though the former owner has had it on a wall and has been a heavy smoker and the tinge is consistant with this. I will post pictures of the dagger on saturday if I decided to buy it. As stated I would just like oponions on this specific type of dagger its value and any personal comments that people would like to send my way.

It sounds like it's M/M is Tiger. Without pics of the dagger/hangers it's tough to say. Figure in the neighborhood of USD $400-450. Only a ball-park figure. Each dagger is valuated on it's individual characteristics.

Tom is correct - the maker is Tiger - Solingen.

If it is truly mint, the value might be more in the $600.00 range with the hangers
