    Puma Knife ?

Has anyone seen one of these before, similar to the Puma knife with bakelite grips, This one is not maker marked and has wooden grips which appear to be original to the knife as they are certainly factory made and fitted. The knife is in a well used condition as can be seen from photo. Comments always welcome.

This is an authentic Puma knife with stamp obviously gone. In late war they used walnut grips again, better in very cold temperature conditions, bakelite cracks easily when too cold. I have one in good condition with stamp visible.

I would say that it is a late war unmarked Puma.
Studying the different variants of Puma markings it seems to me that as far as the war went on, markings were downsizing to the point of not being marked at all...please correct me if I am wrong.
nice knife btw with lots of character
      love it
