Finally a Good deal from ebay!

I got a k98 bayonet, with a scabbard, and a frog for $35. I knwo the scabbard and blade are real. Not sure about the frog. The blade was made by E&F Horster Solingen. It is also dated 1944. The grips are wood, and the scabbard is not matching it is datd 1937. Also as you can see it has a fair amoutn of rust. I am glad i got this because I have a 1944 scabbard with similar markings. I guess I will "clean" up the scabbard fromt his lot I won. The only question I have is whether the frog looks legit? There is no markings, but on the scabbard under the frog there is no rust, whereas nearly everywhere else on it there is some.... Thanks for looking.

bargin, certainly appears to have had a frog on, just look at the finish underneath to the rest of the scabbard.... $35 wow nice one
