Gravity Knife good or bad??

I'm not up on these Gravity Knifes, would like some opinions on this piece. These are the only photos I have. My gut feeling is this maybe a repo? No markings on the Blade.

Appears to be a repro, the stainless steel inside and copper rivets are a red flag...

Exactly, when you see copper rivets, no need for further examination, copper rivets = fake. But, be careful, new generetion of fakes is already equipped with steel rivets.
