hey guys, i can get these both for 150$, the Hj is missing the back plastic, the scabbard is rusty and the bayonet has a little rust but matching scabbard, getting them vets grandson, is that to much money to be paying

I think you can get $150 for matching bayonet. So for both $150 is a good price.

that Hj knife is pretty salty, the man had them in a shoe box for 50 years in his basement

Is it HJ marked? And do you have any more pictures? Another thing on the picture looks like the blade on the HJ is sharpened.

there 2 big and im not sure how to make smaller, and hes not sending pictures of the markings until tuesday

When you get a pictures of the markings post them, but in my personal opinion I would give the guy 150 for both of them. If the $150 was his asking price you can always try to talk him down, because most people ask higher price when they are selling something. That is my opinion.

Everything depends from the condition, you said that the one of the plastic grips is gone, scabbard is rusted, blade sharpened. It is hard to say without the good pictures. Maybe $100-$125 or maybe more, but I could be wrong.
