Looks good to me. Appears to be Holler, with a "3rd style" Holler crossguard. The Holler TM on the blade looks good. Caution should be excercised when considering daggers with the Holler TM since we know, there are a variety of phony Holler Heers and 1st/2nd model Lufts out there. Typically these fakes have certain "tell-tale" signs. I think you'll be fine with this one.

I'm not a huge Heer dagger collector, so perhaps the hard-core Army dagger guys can confirm this. However, nothing stickes out as red flags indicating a fake or parts dagger that I can see. Reviewing my various scans of Holler crossguards, this one resembles the 3rd pattern.
