He has an excellent knowledge of various blade embellishments, period and otherwise. He can probably help you out on the blade. I don't care for the blades, but don't make my opinion on it. This is NOT my area of collecting or interest.

Strange combination at least: slant grip, generic crossguard, pot metal parts, doubtful pommel...
Sorry to say, but I do not like it very much.

And about the blade. Well...

100% fake damascus, no doubt about it, not even close.

Agreed. The grip might be original, but the rest of it - especailly the blade - would have me looking elsewhere. Leave this one
