    NSKK by F. Dick.

I have this NSKK dagger by F. Dick. The blade looks like it has been heavily polished or even refinished. What is the deal with it? Any ideas?

Any and all comments about it are welcome as I am thinking of selling it soon and would like to know as much as I can about before hand.

    Thanks,

    Jason

I agree... there is something abnormal about your dick.

Thank you Scott and sorry for the late reply.

I think I might have to renew my membership so I can put it up on estand for $499

I am getting ready to put this on the estand (now that I am a dues paying member again). Other than the blade being polished, is there any red flags?

                      Thanks agains fellows.

It is a shame...I have no idea why original patina needs to be 'cleaned up'...

Jason, it's difficult to tell from the photographs, but the scabbard looks like a repaint? The paint just seems a little heavy, and there appears to be some paint on the side of the upper scabbard fitting.
