    Luft 2nd dagger info??

    Hi Guys picked this up as a vet one ie from family as the guy who took it had died.Ok what I want to know is this as I think just his name and the date he got the dagger,passing out day??Or could it be more?W L 25 6 1939

    The only thing of TR significance I could find regarding this date was off of wikipedia:
    For June 6, 1939

    "Adolf Hitler gives a public address to returning German volunteers who fought as Legion Kondor during the Spanish Civil War"

    Maybe it had something to do with the festivities surrounding the address. Otherwise, maybe a birthday, presentation date, etc. Hard to know for sure...
