    valid SS code?

    Is 1052 a valid SS dagger code? Mine reads: RZM 1052/39 SS

    I have not been able to find it.

    Hi Bob, quick check on the net= 1052 is the makers mark for Pumawerk (Lauterjung & Sohn) and the number after the / is the year, hope this helps

        1052 was long considered an unknown maker until a couple of tagged examples turned up a few years ago. Many of the older reference books will indicate unknown for this number.
