    SS Dagger for Review

    Hi guys,

    I am posting these on behalf of our fellow member Xivi. Please let him know what you think of the SS dagger.

    It has a few condition issues but other than that........................ The annal SS member went totally ape on making sure that everyone knew that it was his shiv!!

      Looks like someone may have tried to pry out the grip eagle, ay?

        As JR said, other than condition it looks okay.

        Blade looks okay as do the crossguards; better photos needed to determine condition. Grip's been messed with: runes are at best defaced and possibly replaced; eagle, as said, looks really dug up. Scabbard would have originally been anodized, not painted.

        I really like the look of the SS man's number.

            Hi guys!
            1) why such cracks on the handle between crossguards?
            2) the handle original?
            3) runes the original?
            4) a bird original?
            5) why such crack between crossguards and a wedge (5 photos and 9 photos)

                i have no issue other than dont like rune button, this will sell in uk for guess 1,000 pounds plus, good war veteran

                      im no super expert but it looks good to me...never seen a vert hanger like that one but ide love to own a dagger like that!!!great find...where (which country did you get it)???thanks
