The knife looks OK
The engraving - I'm not so sure.
I enlarged the photo and IMHO some of the engraving seems to cut through the corrosion which suggests to me an old knife with newer engraving.

Yeh
I agree. I would like to add that the SS runes in front of the Wiking engraving does seem a bit strange too. I would pass this one... too many questions for my liking regarding the engraving.
