WWI Etched Sword.. Value question

Here is a WWI or pre WWI sword. Etched Cavalry Charge on one side and on the other it has an organization name, " .Husaren Reg. Konig Humbert von Italien
{ 1. Kurhess} No. 13.. Excellent Eickhorn blade. Excellent Scabbard

I am assuming this was a donated regiment prior to WWI..???

If you have more information please let me know. What would the value of the sword be???
