Luftwaffe Sword - Opinions Needed

Hey guys,

I have not posted anything for quite a long time (girlfriend.. x now). Well to get to the point, could you let me know what you think of the following LW sword?

Better pics would help, but the scabbard fittings are not what one expects to see on a Luft sword.

I've never seen a middle scabbard fitting, the hanger usually attaches to two rings attachec to either side of the top fitting. Makes me wnoder how this one was worn/if it was worn

May be a very early prototype, but you'd have to sell the story.

Based soley on this picture, I 'd keep looking...

The crossguard looks to be the same style as the 1st Luft dagger rather than the more ornate sword crossguard. Wouldn't risk my money on it.
