How is the insignia attached to the scabbard? Does it wiggle? it it riveted or glued?

The insignia doesn´t wiggle at all and for what I can see at some parts between both parts looks like glued. I cannot see anything on the inside of the scabbard just becasue the blade retention part is right there and wont let me check for any ribet.
