Bayonett help needed

Just got this "like new" looking Bayonett here and would like to know what it is.
It has cyrillic letters as maker mark. Is it russian? Is it a new made one?
As it looks like unused.

Hi Andreas, it is a Yugoslav M44. Value about $50, plus a little more for the frog.
