i have this german officer sowrd maker is puma. tha blade is near mint and the scabbard retains 90% of the black paint and comes with a porteppe that is in fair shape. i would like to sell this on e-stand but i do not know what a fair price to sell it for and i am hoping some one can help me out. thanks,larry

Hard to be sure without seeing more of the blade and scabbard,but I would like to get $450 or more for it. Looks like alot of hand done work on hilt,people like to see that! Research the specific model and you may or may not find out it is a rare type. That could effect the value quite a bit. Good luck! Kevin.Comment

It's a nice looking Army dovehead. Not sure of a model number. Chalk it up as a Puma anattributed. I like the engraved backstrap hilt assembly as opposed to cast.
I don't think it's a rare one. $450 may be a good reference point. Place it there for that price and see. If it doesnt move, you can always lower the price. I like it for one

I have two swords like this, only mine may have a little better scabbard .. I would not sell for less than 450.00 with a Portapee as well.
