My First SA Dagger

Wanted to share with you all my first SA. Even though it is a RZM, I could not resist the condition. Next stop NSKK earlier marked. I am still experimenting with lighting to take pics. I still have some work to do, as it was made painfully obvious after I took these. Hope you enjoy. Any comments, especially in how to improve my picture taking techniques, welcomed.

Well done to you! There's nothing wrong with RZM's, as long as there's not much plate lifting. Yours looks like a real beauty.

thanks. it is immaculate. that is what motivated me in acquiring it. i have not seen one for quite some time in such pristine condition.

First SA

Hi ,

You have a nice looking SA RZM there and one you should be proud of for your first.
Always try taking pictures of your daggers in natural light i.e. outside.
The flash from a camera always reflects too much off the shiny parts of the dagger and you lose its detail.
If you have an auto focus/macro on your camera , always use it for crisper pictures.
I am no expert but always use the above tips to take photos for my website.
