    E.Pack Sword

Just wanted to show off my new sword. This will be my first one after selling an Eickhorn Lion head model a few years ago. Hope you guys ejoy. This came from Pvon's collecting. Should be here in a few days. Anyone know what model this is? Nr.204?? What sword book is the best, with color photos? Hopefully Pual won't mind me using his photos.

    Thanks,

    Nate

                Hi Nate,
Knowing Paul (Pvon) you are going to be very happy with that beautiful sword.

I only have the WKC and Eickhorn sword catologs , Wish I had the Pack model number to help you.

While similar to the Pack Model #203 & 204, I believe it to be a nice example of an unattributed pattern shown in Angolia's book and described as "...virtually identical to the Eickhorn Roon pattern."

The sword is definitely a 'keeper'

I would recommend the Angolia book (unfortunately - I believe - out of print) The full title is Swords of Germany 1900/1945, by John R. Angolia.

                      Best,
