    Mike,
    If your looking to sell it you need to become a Associate Member ($35, a Year) and place the dagger in the Edged weapon section on E-stand.

    This section is only for discussion and/or showing.

        Hi Jeff, thanks for your comment. I've taken a picture of the maker stamp as best I can due to the reflection. I've read chapter one & two Johnsons volume 6 & 7 regarding the sword makers Solingen, researched many sale catalogues to come to the conclusion that this maker is particularly rare!

            Jos. Schlimbach of Solingen is indeed one of the rarest of the rare cutlers that manufactured early SA daggers; this firm is rated at #10 on the McSARR list! Sorry that I can't quite make out the code stamped to the reverse lower crossguard -- that would disclose which SA Group this piece was produced for.

              And if the crossguard marking is "No," that indicates SA-Gruppe Nordsee.
