Need help with SB Zusatz

Hello all,

I recently acquired this SB Zusatz for a great price, but it is missing the metal plate that attached to the bottom and that holds it to the phone.

Does anyone have an extra or a spare that they would be willing to spare?
If not, would someone be willing to post the dimensions so I may have a new one fabricated?
