Unknown box

Amongst some WM-stuff from Northern-Norway , I have a box with spare valves.
The lid has a description in a language I dont recognice. Possibly Polish . Can somebody here translate for me ? The Box contains " new" tubes labelled MARCONI.

The last word "pluk 6" means Regiment 6 I believe in Czech.

Drag. pluk 6. means 6th regiment of dragoons.
Yes, it is Czech, suppose pre war equipment.
