Can you post a picture of the tagplate please. There were a number of similar Telefunken sets, the type number on the tagplate should identify it. What is the text on the tags under the headset, morse key and microphone connections? I suspect it is a SE 469A, an export version issued to the Slovak Fast Division.

The SE 469A was exported to a number of countries including scandinavia; the Swiss army used them and even France planned to manufacture the set in 1945 to re-equip the French army. What makes the Slovak version different is that it lacks the fine tuning control for the receiver and has a distinctive green colour.
There were also lower powered versions of the set, for example the 1 watt SE 499A which was trailled but not adopted by the German army. Again it ended up being exported, amongst others to Austria. There was also the 3 Watt Spez 422 version exported to Sweden, some of which came to Norway in 1945 for use with the Norwegian police.
They were however not used by the German army, as they had the 15 W.S.E.b, a more modern version using Wehrmacht valves.

But is it wehrmacht or export?
Interestingly they did go through the Wa.A inspection system so perhaps the German Army was partly responsibility of arming the Slovak forces.
