Help With Missing Radio Tube/Valve?

Hi everyone, I'm looking towards powering up my Fusprech.f set however as you may gather I'm missing one particular Tube or Valve, would like to get a replacement but I'm not entirely sure what I'm looking for. Any help would be greatly appreciated or is the answer staring me in the face and it's an RL12 P10?
