My Panzer set

Very nice Carles.

Any idea where in the various Panzers the cleaning kit might have been stowed? Any dimensions? It's hard to get a sense of the size without anything to compare it against.

It's a bit smaller than pics #1,2 and 3 but a bit bigger than in pic #4, something like a hard shell glasses case.

Hello,

In the U10b, it is stored inside the umformer box itself.
For the other umformer types, no idea.

Nice box, Carles. I think I still have the one for the U80 somewhere.

Even when this box is small (or not too big) I don't think it would fit inside an Unformer EUa4. Literally no space left for anything else in there. I guess it would have been kept in some storage box in the tank or StuG. I might find some info in one of those manuals I have.

Hello pascal is right , you mix item you speak about EU a4
who is for receiver , but pascal speak about U10 b,
it’s transmitter psu , it’s special psu
U 10 b, U15b, U30 c , have same size, and on top
inside the box there is a small compartment which hold the
spares and cleaning set, there is place enough
It’s only valid for those special psu, made in 1944 end
and 1945 , for earlier ones it must be stored inside
the vehicule , but i have no infos

Not mixing up. I understand that the box might fit in a U 10b. I only wanted to say it was not the case of an EUa4, as space is too tight.
