I have this piece of German telephone equipment dated 1938, but I've been unable to find out what it is, or the model designation. Every book on German field equipment I have access to does not show this item. Any help ID-ing it will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Isn't this the dialer for the 10 line switchboard?
