Unknown relaybox

I am not sure where this was used. It has a Fl number. I have been told it is froma panzerinstallation but I have not been able to verify that. Perhaps somebody here recognises it.

Fl number and Panzer don't realy go together, more likely to be aircraft related, indeed the construction details point at this as well. Looks engine related.
